New breeding Stock

 We are getting new rabbit breeding stock this spring to add to our color and bloodlines.  This is a beautiful Mini Rex doe.  She will be a new brood doe and a great add of color.

This doe is sisters with the other.  They are bred and I'll post pics of their babies.

One whopper of an egg

 The egg on the right is an extra large White Leghorn egg.  The one on the left is a super jumbo egg that I collected yesterday.

I have a fairly big hand and this egg more than filled it.  It is as big as a goose egg.  I bet this 3 1/2 lb White Leghorn will be walking funny for a week.
